Agendario terms of use

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Agendario (“the app”, “we”) is an independent web tool run by Facilon (Alberto Curcio Linares, Costa Rica). By using the app or this site you accept these terms.

1. What Agendario is

An app to build a personalized 2027 planner (a cover with your name and photo, your country’s public holidays, your dates, monthly, weekly and notes pages, and a teacher mode) and download it as a US Letter PDF to print (it can also be viewed on a tablet).

2. Your data stays on your device

Your name, dates and photo are stored only on the device where you use the app. We have no copy and can’t recover them. More in the Privacy policy.

3. Your content

Only use names, text and photos you have the right to use, and nothing offensive.

4. Free sample and planner without watermark

Using the app and downloading the complete planner with a “SAMPLE” mark is free. The planner without the watermark will be a one-time payment (not a subscription) of US$6.99 (Spanish and Portuguese pages: US$4.99); taxes may be added depending on your country. It unlocks in the browser of the device you buy on, includes every format and as many downloads as you like on that device, and can be restored with the purchase email or order number. It is a digital product delivered immediately.

Payment is processed by our reseller Creem (creem.io), the merchant of record: it charges you, issues the receipt and applies its own terms. If you have any problem with a payment, write to support@esfacilon.com.

5. Public holidays

The 2027 national public holidays were checked against official sources in October 2026. Some countries move holidays by decree during the year, and state, regional and local holidays are not included: check important dates with your country’s official source.

6. Printing

Every printer and copy shop is a little different. Before printing the whole planner, print a few test pages at “Actual size”.

7. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running well, but we don’t guarantee it is error-free or always available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Support: support@esfacilon.com.
